OMG!! badan gw cape semua maannnn

uda pegel2 + back pain pula!!

demi menguruskan badan man!!
so, tadi ke gym brg si ting tong..
so what i did was:
30 mins treadmill
15 mins yg ky naek tangga gt d
weight-liftings ---> see the "s", it means not only 1!!! ;p
20 sit-ups --> ini ud bkn gw back pain sia!!! hix2
mesti diet nh gw!!!
n jg mst mulai rajin nge-gym!!
sblm gw berubah jadi balon!! haha...
